Ashton Church, Senior Client Relationship Manager

I joined Gattaca in 2008 as a recruitment consultant, and, after 18 months, moved internally into our Solutions business. I’m now a Client Relationship Manager and look after some of the Group’s most prestigious clients, including BMW Group, which also encompasses Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. Our relationship with BMW involves delivering a white collar contract master vendor solution into seven locations in the UK across a wide remit of different skill sets. In December 2018, BMW Group showed faith in Gattaca by exercising their option of a three year extension.

I’m also responsible for delivery into ZF, an automotive safety specialist based in the Midlands that’s at the leading edge of the ongoing revolution in autonomous vehicles. Having been involved from the very beginning of implementing the account, we are now in the sixth year of our partnership with ZF.

I’ve been at Gattaca for nearly twelve years now, and continue to be excited to be part of such an ambitious and energetic company. One of the things I personally love about Gattaca is the social culture within the business. Playing for both the football and cricket team has helped me meet colleagues from around the group, and has been great fun as well.
